Love is a Practice
"The class felt like a warm bath. It felt like new opportunities to slow down; new ways of connecting. I loved the way you actually made space for difference and honest ways of relating to mindfulness. I've never encountered it quite in that way before, where I truly could come as I was."
This 9-week class weaves together nourishing animist-Buddhist belonging practices with mindful relating skills so that we can develop competency and capacity in being authentic with ourselves and each other. It is an invitation for us to build skills to re-pattern together, and to be in a practice of re-patterning together.
Together, we practice love because everything is about love–and what gets in the way of us loving ourselves and each other.
The class includes 9 sessions.
5 x 90-minute sessions:
Grounding/opening
Teaching/remembrance on the four qualities of the heart or faces of love: goodwill, compassion, vicarious joy, equanimity
