Your body tells a story.

What is the story that you want it to tell?

What is your vision?

Now, more than ever, this moment is calling for us to move out of historical patterns of stuckness and limitations. There are other places to lead from and other stories waiting to be realized.

What is your role?

This moment is calling us to show up, with our hearts and our heads. This means we need to know who we are, and what we bring to the table.

How do you show up?

This moment is calling us to recognize when to act and when to listen. True leadership embodies the power of presence, with action as well as space.

The horror and heartbreak of this moment is an invitation to shift out of shapes of wounding and conflict. Knowing our tender places is essential; leading from these places is limiting at best and, as we are witnessing, can risk reproducing dynamics of harm.

What would it look like to embody your purpose in alignment with your values?

Where do you feel stuck?

Who are you ready to become?

We have all been shaped by life. And, we can choose to re-pattern our fascia and re-map our brains. We can grow capacity to be able to live in alignment with our values. We can put our purpose into practice for greater impact.

Together, we can shapeshift.

the path

MODULE 1 | ORIENTING: YOUR LONGING IS A COMPASS

MODULE 2 | RESOURCING AND RE-PATTERNING FOR SUSTAINABLE SHIFTS

MODULE 3 | LEARNING THE LANGUAGE OF YOUR BODY

MODULE 4 | (RE-)MAPPING YOURSELF AND THE SHAPE OF BELONGING

MODULE 5 | TRANSFORMERS: WOUNDS AND WISDOM

MODULE 6 | EMBODYING YOUR PURPOSE AND ECOSYSTEM

This is a path of personal and professional development.

As we move though the program, we will layer in the 7 directions of embodiment.

We will integrate the three brains: head, heart and gut.

And we will put it into practice, together.
